1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer worldwide tracked shipping.

Locations include US, UK, Europe, Australia, NZ, Canada, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, etc. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

The local couriers are USPS, UniUni (US), Royal Mail, Evri (UK), Canada Post (CA), PFL, AU Post (AU), Aramex (NZ), DHL (De), Swiss Post (CH), Matkahuolto (FI), iMile (MX), etc. You can find more information on our Shipping Policy page.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location. Generally, orders in the United States can take 8-12 business days, while UK and some European orders may take 5-8 business days. For pre-orders, please refer to the individual listing. For more details, please visit our Shipping policy page.

3. Does the price include customs fees?

All prices include customs fees for destinations in the EU, US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ. Customers in these countries will not be charged any extra fees! Customers in Brazil are responsible for the customs fees.

4. Do you offer shipping discount?

Yes! Currently, we offer free global tracked shipping on orders over $80 USD in most countries/regions except for Brazil, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Hawaii.

Returns

1. What is your return policy?

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 3 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping is not covered by us. 
  • Restocking fee for Returns and Exchanges is 50% of the order price. (Will be issued in invoice).
  • No on sale items.

Product Condition:The product's condition that our store accepts for a return or exchange: Only new products. This includes products (excluding underwear and accessories) that are unopened in original packaging or have never been worn.

Defective products:

We are able to accept returns for defective products. The product should be in an unworn, unwashed condition and with all original tags attached. If you received a defective product, please contact customer service immediately via email: info@glitchcupids.com. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

Refund processing time:The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund: 12 business days. 

2. What if I have a sizing issue?

We advise you to double-check the measurements before ordering first. We are not responsible for the sizing issue of the customer. If you have any concerns about sizing, please refer to our Size Guide, available on each product page. It provides detailed measurements to help you choose the right size. Exchanges of in-stock items will be accepted for the customers who are responsible for any costs occurred during exchange shipment to and from our Asian warehouse. This includes and not limited to the exchange international shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes (VAT ~17%) to and from our Asian warehouse within 3 days of receipt of your items. The exchanges will only be processed once the invoice is paid.
