Return Policy



  • Returns will be accepted within 3 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping is not covered by us. 
  • Restocking fee for Returns is 50% of the order price. 
  • No on sale items.
  • No accessories and underwear items (socks, bracelet, shorts, leg warmers).
Product Condition:
The product's condition that our store accepts for a return or exchange:  Only new products. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been worn. 
Return Window:
The amount of time a customer has to return any products (including defective products): days of receipt. The receipt date is the "delivered date" stated on shipment tracking.


Defective products:

We are able to accept returns for defective products. The product should be in an unworn, unwashed condition and with all original tags attached and original packaging. If you received a defective product, please contact customer service immediately via email: Please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We are no longer able to accept returns after 3 days of receipt. The receipt date is the "delivered date" stated on shipment tracking.


Return method:

The item should be returned by mail. The return address will be sent via email. The return shipping cost will not be covered by us.

Return label:

It is the customer's responsibility for the return label.

Refund processing time:
The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund: 12 business days. 


We are not responsible for the sizing issue of the customer. Please check carefully for size measurements as Asian clothing sizings are typically smaller than US and European ones. You can refer to our detailed size measurement chart before ordering. This can ensure a precise fit and reduces the unnecessary troubles.
