RETURNS

Eligible returns:

  • Wrong item(s) in the listing.
  • Customer's own request within 3 days of order placed.
  • Eligible returns will be accepted within 3 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping is not covered by us. 
  • Restocking fee for Returns is 60% of the order price. 
  • No on sale items.
  • No accessories and underwear items (socks, bracelet, shorts, leg warmers, belts, tights, mini skirts, tank tops).
Product Condition:
The product's condition that our store accepts for a return or exchange:  Only new products. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been worn. 
 

Return Window:
The amount of time a customer has to return any products (including defective products): days of receipt. The receipt date is the "delivered date" stated on shipment tracking.

 

Defective products:

To protect the rights of both parties, customers are required to provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video upon receiving the product.
The video must clearly show:

  • The outer packaging
  • The unboxing process
  • The product with its original tag and any alleged issues

Return requests will not be accepted without valid unboxing video evidence.

Please note that the loose threads on garments are not considered a quality issue and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

The product should be in an unworn, unwashed condition and with all original tags attached and original packaging. If you received a defective product, please contact customer service immediately via email: info@glitchcupids.com. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We are no longer able to accept returns after 3 days of receipt. The receipt date is the "delivered date" stated on shipment tracking.

 

Return method:

The item should be returned by mail with a tracking number. The return address will be sent via email. The return shipping cost will not be covered by us.

Return label:

It is the customer's responsibility for the return label.

Refund processing time:
The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund: 12 business days. 

 

We are not responsible for the sizing issue of the customer. Please check carefully for size measurements and the size reference as Asian clothing sizings are typically smaller than US and European ones. You can refer to our detailed size measurement chart before ordering. This can ensure a precise fit and reduces the unnecessary troubles.
