1. Order processing time:
We ship your order within 3-6 business days normally (excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-order items).
Shipping confirmation:
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You don’t have to reply to the confirmation email.
*Pre-order items: each item has a different pre-order waiting period. Please refer to the individual listing for estimation. The order processing time and shipping time are not included in the waiting period.

If the ordered items are currently in need of restocking, we may ship out the in-stock items first and the rest of the items later in separate parcels. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for separate shipping.
